What is the working principle of a pneumatic butter machine?
The butter machine is a supercharger designed to inject butter into a lubrication station. Nowadays, with the continuous development of industry, the use of lubricating grease, which plays an important role in machinery, has received considerable attention. There are many types of butter machines on the market, but manual butter machines are more cumbersome to operate. The traditional butter gun that relies on the arm to provide pressure cannot meet the requirements of the times, so people often use non manual butter machines.
The compressed air at the upper end of the oil filling pump enters the air distribution chamber. Air enters the upper or lower end of the cylinder piston through air flow reversing devices such as sliders and slide valves, causing the piston to automatically reverse the intake and exhaust within a certain stroke, thereby performing reciprocating movement. The lower end of the fuel injection pump is a plunger pump, powered by an air pump. The two are connected through a connecting rod and move forward and backward synchronously with the air pump.
There are two one-way valves in the plunger pump. One is sleeved on the lifting rod, called a four-foot valve flap, and is axially sealed with the lifting rod; The other is a nylon piston at the oil drain port at the end of the plunger rod, which is linearly sealed with a conical discharge valve seat. Their job is to work back and forth in synchronization with the fuel dispenser.
